Total Tire Of South Carolina

I came in with a tire that had two nails in it and not knowing my two front tires were worn down. I was stressed because I simply didn't have the money to replace everything. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, the owner went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to make sure my car was safe and worked with me in a way that I will never forget. It's rare to find businesses that genuinely care about people, but this is one of them. The customer service was outstanding, the work was excellent, and I left feeling incredibly grateful. 💖 Thank you for your kindness, honesty, and professionalism. God truly blessed me by leading me to your shop. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work from people who genuinely care about their customers. There are still good people in this world, and this shop is proof of that.

I had a really great experience with Total Tire of South Carolina. Even though I ultimately wasn’t able to get the service done, the honesty and integrity I experienced there truly stood out. I came in with adapters I had purchased, and instead of just doing the work and charging me, he took the time to explain that they wouldn’t fit properly and that my bolts would need to be cut to make them work. Rather than going that route, he kept it completely real with me and advised against it, which saved me from making a costly mistake. Because of that, I ended up returning everything. That level of honesty is hard to find. It’s clear that he cares more about doing what’s right for the customer than just making a sale. On top of that, both him and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming people. I originally chose to come back because of the great work he’s done on my car in the past, and this experience just reinforced that I can trust him. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you right and be upfront with you, this is definitely the place to go.

Had a blow out and ended up pulling right into their parking lot without realizing it. Adam is great and helped me out. He had a used tire that was even the same as the other 3 on the vehicle. He was super nice and has alot of integrity. Super fair price. You never know in those situations if someone is going to take advantage but total tire really helped me out. Will now use in the future

I ran over a large metal bar of some sort which blew holes in all 4 of my tires and bent all 4 of my rims...Adam at Total Tire replaced all 4 with new rims and used tires that looked practically brand new at a price that would have had to pay to replace just 1 if I had gone anywhere else. AND the rims look way cooler than the stock ones I had! 10/10 in every aspect of service. Highly recommend 👌
